2004年4月ICAU的官方信息分享网站www.mfastudy.com 全世界第一个中国大陆地区MFASTUDY国际艺术教育资源网站建立
2004年12月ICAU前身WCNAA世界华人艺术联合协会在美国马塞诸塞州注册,当年同时加入会员451人
2005年12月ICAU前身WCNAA在北京举办了第一次会员见面会,同时ICAU第一批受益会员包括来自清华美院，中央美院等数所高校的学生
2006年4-6月ICAU的负责人承办了哈佛大学学生教育文化交流协会在国内11个城市20多所中学和校外的公益演讲活动,并且提供了技术和媒体的支持。
2006年10月ICAU的官方博客开设 blog.sina.com.cn/mfastudy
2007年5月ICAU筹备会议在北京展开,ICAU第一份组织发展文本起草完毕
2007年6月ICAU负责人应山东大学邀请，出席并给予两场专场演讲活动
2007年7月ICAU在北京举办了小型会员聚会活动，并正式确立改WCNAA为ICAU
2007年8月ICAU在美国马塞诸塞州注册
2007年9月ICAU第一届选举大会在美国进行,选举出来了第一任主席（创始人）董瑷珲，第一任CEO王禹石,和总秘书宋睿玲（加拿大）以及副主席和各项目主管.同时任命宁晶为中国地区事务主管和全权代表。ICAU同时在美国萨凡纳,纽约,旧金山,亚特兰大,华盛顿,洛杉矶,加拿大爱德蒙特,英国伦敦和中国-北京,上海,杭州,西安,厦门,香港,台北设立接待处或联络处
2007年10月ICAU正式被美国马萨诸塞州州政府秘书处批准为麻省非营利性慈善组织
2007年11月ICAU正式邀请美国地区的张云飞和北京地区的严涛分别但任发展顾问以及财务顾问
2007年12月ICAU在美国洛杉矶和旧金山举办了第一次领导会议.并参观了美国著名艺术学院Art Center College of Design，加州艺术学院Calarts和FIDM
2008年2月ICAU第一本国际艺术教育和职业发展艺术书籍签约北京电子图书出版社，预计童年夏季出版,所有稿费收入将全部捐献为MFASTUDY奖学金专用
2008年2月ICAU设立了第一个官方奖学金MFASTUDY奖学金,用于奖励中国赴美艺术学生
2008年4月ICAU开始全面筹备夏季中国暑期大学演讲活动,并邀请了部分美国著名艺术大学参与
2008年4月ICAU注册会员超过万人,国际和永久会员超过500余人
ICAU 是什么？：
ICAU（International China Art Union）中国国际艺术联合协会是一个成立于美国麻省的慈善性，非赢利组织。并且享有美国政府的免税政策优惠.
ICAU 宗旨：
旨在为世界范围内的中国艺术学生和艺术家提供各项福利，包括物质的和精神的。并致力于中国艺术教育和艺术文化的国际交流与发展。同时参与和进行各项慈善，教育，文化，艺术以及娱乐活动。
ICAU 服务对象：
ICAU所面向的是全世界范围内的中国华人以及推动中国艺术文化发展的海外人士。ICAU所涵盖的艺术范围包括艺术史，传统艺术（绘画，雕塑，陶艺以及版画等），设计艺术（平面设计，工业设计，交通工具设计以及产品设计等），建筑，环境设计（室内设计，室外设计，家居设计以及展览陈列设计等），电影/电视制作，媒体艺术（新媒体，数字艺术，交互媒体，互联网设计等），时尚/服装/珠宝/装饰设计，戏剧/舞台，表演/舞蹈，音乐,摄影，艺术管理，动画，游戏设计以及创意写作等。
ICAU 历史：
ICAU前身是由董瑷珲最早建立的面向中国艺术学生的海外艺术教育信息社区，在4年来的发展中不断壮大和成长。期间帮助了数以万计的中国学生前往美国以及海外进行艺术深造和工作。2006年ICAU前身WCNAA在美国注册成立。2007年改名ICAU，并在美国麻省注册。组织拥有一个独立的免费信息交流社MFASTUDY（建立于2003年），即艺术教育咨询。作为国内和世界第一个面向华人，特别是中国大陆地区以及世界范围内的免费信息社区共为2000多名大陆以及海外华人学生提供艺术教育咨询。在MFASTUDY帮助下，共有数千学生前往California Institute of the Arts Art Center College of Design NYU Rhode Island School of Design Art Institute of Chicago USC UCLA Carnegie Mellon Alfred School of Visual Arts San Francisco Art Institute Pratt Massachusetts College of Art Columbia University Yale Parsons California College of the Arts Academy of Art University Savannah College of Art and Design深造。
ICAU 管理层：
第一届组织高级管理层和建立者包括了来自美国7个州，加拿大，英国，澳大利亚，法国，中国以及中国香港，中国台湾的海外艺术家和艺术工作者，大部分为在美国以及海外知名艺术学院进行深造的华人学生。同时ICAU诚邀海外以及中国各界艺术人士与教育人士担任组织的管理人员以及高级顾问.

ICAU的美国注册总部设在位于麻省波士顿附近的阿尔斯通,行政执行总部建立在美国乔治亚州的萨凡纳.通讯以及办公地点分别建立在加拿大阿尔伯特省的埃德蒙德和中国北京。国内的会员服务办公地点建立于中国北京，上海，香港以及台湾。

What is ICAU
ICAU, initials for International China Art Union, is a not-for-profit, charitable association founded in Massachusetts, USA. It is in possession of the government preferential policies for tax exemptions.
Intent of ICAU
ICAU aims at providing various benefits, both material and spiritual, to the Chinese art students and artists world-wide, and committing itself to the international communication and development of the Chinese art education and culture. At the same time, it participates in and conducts various charitable, educational, cultural, artistic and recreational activities.
Objective
ICAU is opened to those who promote and improving Chinese art and culture. The art defined by ICAU includes Art History, traditional art(eg: painting, sculpture, pottery art and print-making, etc. ), design art(eg: graghic design, auto design, industrial design, etc), architecture, environmental design(eg: interior design, exterior design, furniture design, exhibition and display design, etc.), Movie/TV making, media art(eg: new media, mutual media, Internet design, etc.), fashion/jewelry/decoration design, drama/theater, performing art, music, photography, art management, animation, Game design, originality writing, etc.
History
The predecessor of ICAU is an educational information community facing Chinese art students initially set up by Mr. Dong Aihui and named as WCNAA in 2006. During its growth and development, it helped thousands of students in their pursuing further higher education internationally in art and related subjects, as well as provided support in their life-long career-building.
In the year of 2007, it was renamed to ICAU and officially registered in Mass. State of America. ICAU is in possession of a independent cost-free information communication community-MFASTUDAY(founded in 2003), namely Arts Education Advisory. As the first Chinese-oriented, (especially in mainland China,) and a worldwide community with free-flow of information, it has provided more than 2,000 mainland and overseas Chinese students with education advisory and consultancy in art. With the help of us, these students have got the opportunity to pursue higher education in world-renowned schools such as California Institute of the Arts, Art Center College of Design, NYU, Rhode Island School of Design, Art Institute of Chicago, USC, UCLA, Carnegie Mellon， Alfred, School of Visual Arts, San Francisco Art Institute, Pratt, Massachusetts College of Art, Columbia University, Yale, Parsons, California College of the Arts, Academy of Art University, Savannah College of Art and Design.
Management Team
The senior management team and founders are composed by oversea artists and art workers from the US, Canada, Britain, Australia, France, China, Hong Kong, and China Taiwan. Most of them are Chinese students studying at top universities in United States and worldwide. Besides, ICAU also invites domestic and oversea artists and educators who share passion of what we are doing now to serve as our manager or senior advisor.
Membership
World-wide Chinese artists, Chinese art students, as well as people interested in Chinese arts and culture, regardless of location, nationality, can join ICAU. Our members are in China mainland, China Taiwan, China Hong Kong, the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, France, Scandinavia, and Japan.
Location
ICAU is headquartered in Allston near Boston, Massachusetts. The Communication offices are established in Edmonton, Canada and Beijing China. Domestic Member Services Offices are established in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Development
1. Provide various benefits to its member. Includes free educational information consultancy, internship and job information, art and career planning.
2. Provide Non-profit education and training.
3. Focus on activities of Art education and cultural exchanges between china and the overseas.
4. Organize international exhibitions & promoting the development of Chinese art cultural industries
5. Promote and protect of Chinese arts and culture (including folk art and culture)

Overseas education scholarships—specially offered for the Chinese studying in the United States in the area of Art as an award and financing support.
